Betterhomes launches its official publication and magazine which features useful guides and tips on everything real estate and interior design. The government establishes the Real Estate Regulatory Agency. Betterhomes share its training curriculum with RERA to assist the RERA training department.

Bigger and better!
Another office opens in Motor City. Betterhomes acquires Ascot and Co. With the Betterhomes commercial division's huge success, it is rebranded to CRC (Commercial Real Estate Consultants) and launched a valuations department.
2020
A new Betterhomes Training Academy set in motion
The training academy was designed to provide the best and very detailed training course for new Agents joining the Betterhomes group. Betterhomes launches Linda's Real Estate, a new brokerage under the Betterhomes Group, focused on the villa communities. In partnership with Mena Mortgages, Betterhomes starts offering dedicated in-house Mortgage services. To help investors diversify their portfolios, Betterhomes launches UK Investment department focused on high yielding properties.
