Ingredients
a. 3 or 4 cinnamon sticks
b. 2 cups of water
c. 1-2 lemons
d. 1 tbsp honey
Method:
a. Boil the cinnamon sticks in the water for 45 minutes and strain. Allow to cool for a few minutes
b. Squeeze and add the juice from the lemons, then stir in the 1 tbsp of honey to taste.
