Successful launch of RERA’s e-appointment system.

Real Estate Regulatory Authority has already introduced several online products to enhance the overall efficiency of the Dubai Land Department and Dubai real estate industry. This time the regulatory arm of the DLD department has come up with a brand new e-appointment system that not only improves working operations of the DLD, whereas, it also enables developers to save value able time of developers and their clients during real estate transaction processes. The system is specifically designed for trust account services for developers.

How this system helps Developers?

  • The e-appointment system will allow developers to reserve suitable appointments in advance without visiting the Dubai Land Department. Obtaining appointments via this e- system before further proceeding to complete transactions will save money, time and efforts of developers. Clients don’t need to wait for long to complete their transactions for trust accounts. Moreover, it also helps to regulate the flow of work at DLD.
  • Clients can use this e-appointment system to book a suitable time for trust accounts and projects. Developers are allowed to choose any suitable time and specific type of transaction they want to proceed just by logging in any time into a flexible schedule available on the system. This will facilitate them to work in a more organized way, as well as they also get the chance to carry out other outdoor tasks instead of sitting and waiting for their appointment.

Dubai Land Department is eager to buildup high-quality institutional work and teamwork in order to improve customer care services to benefit its customers. The e-appointment system is an example of DLD’s efforts to provide user friendly web-based applications, which simplify the complex process of real estate transactions into a few clicks. The Real Estate Development Trust Account Department worked in collaboration with the Information Technology Department to develop this e-system. It is expected that the online appointment system improves client satisfaction as they will be able to view appointments, available timings, reports, and other relevant services. In a nutshell, the system minimizes the total time of finalizing real estate transactions.
