The Springs is a very relaxed community, perfect for newlyweds and young families.

As a gated community with lakes, greenery, parks and pools it has a very family orientated feel and a strong community vibe. The Springs features 14 different sub-communities and is the largest community in the Emirates Living development, which is the first large scale development of its kind across the entire Middle Eastern region and is led by Dubai’s leading real estate developer, Emaar. The Springs is in new Dubai but is not so far away from the excitement of the city. The community is not located too far away from the most popular areas of Dubai, and families looking to enjoy a fun evening in the nearby Dubai Marina or Jumeirah Beach Residence can get there quickly and easily from their homes in The Springs. The neighbourhood is home to many expats and is host to a range of entertaining activities for the whole family.

It’s a mature community with many amenities. With 24 beautifully landscaped parks and barbecue areas, 15 adult community swimming pools and 15 kids’ pools, it offers a variety of leisure activities.
