One bed is available for sale from AED 1.2 million or you can buy a 1,238 sq. ft. two-bed apartment for AED 2,050,000 in Mayfair Residency.

There was once a time when property listings for Executive Towers and the wider Business Bay area would go on for pages. Now, demand is high as the district has come into its own as a thriving community with prices climbing nearly as fast as neighboring Downtown. Units in the increasingly popular Executive Towers, particularly one bedroom apartments, tend to rent quickly, so if you find one that you like, it is best to snap it up soon.

Executive Towers, in particular, has become one of Dubai’s not so well-kept secrets. Apartments in the towers tend to be much larger than their Downtown equivalents so that residents get more space for their money. As the development’s shopping mall continues to fill with new shops and restaurants and the neighboring park, jogging track and skate park is complete, living in Executive Towers looks ever more desirable.

As the district’s commercial buildings continue to be completed as well, it is starting to rival DIFC as major commerce and business area. It has everything any self-respecting national or international business enterprise could want – proximity to residential areas so workers can choose to live close by to avoid long commutes in the Dubai traffic, proximity to the Metro and Sheikh Zayed Road for transport, hotels for visiting staff and corporate entertaining as well as shopping areas.

AED 80,000. Small one bedroom apartments are available across the creek in Mayfair Tower, also for
AED 80,000 while a furnished one bedroom unit in Churchill Residency is being offered for AED 115,000. Two bedroom properties start from AED 150,000 per annum.

If you are looking to invest in Business Bay, you will need a minimum of AED 1 million for a small one bedroom apartment in Mayfair Residency. Two bedroom properties start from AED 2.05 million and three bedroom apartments in Executive Towers start from AED 3.6 million going up to AED 7.5 million for a
villa-style duplex within the development. Four bedroom properties start from AED 4.4 million.
